Your items will be posted to you from Seaforth HQ within 3-5 days of receiving payment.
This gives us time to make the cushion if we've had a busy spell, but will quite often be posted within a day as we normally keep each cushion in stock.

If you have a problem with your order, please do let us know and we'll do our best to put it right, however, we can only issue a refund for items that are faulty.
The refund will only extend to those items which are faulty, not to the whole shipment. You must notify us in writing of any shortfall or any faulty items within 3 days of receipt of order.
Please note that our products are handmade, bespoke items, therefore small discrepancies between the sample photo and the item will naturally occur. We will let you know of any changes to a design in the description before purchase.
